Spice up, tumble*, inject* – the perfect added value
TopFox – the versatile top spice for treated meat products, price-optimised sausage products and all types of convenience specialities. Developed for standardised flavour enhancement of products with insufficient original flavour and for highly-injected cooked cured products, it delivers a variety of different flavours. "Off-flavours" and product flavour fluctuation are also reduced. TopFox is also available specifically in classic flavour profiles such as "Herbs", "Smoky" or "BBQ" and for intensifying the pure flavour of the meat for beef, poultry, pork, fish and lamb.

TopFox can also be used as an "Add-on" for existing dry spices or marinades. It can also be combined with FUCHS TenderFox® to be injected or tumbled into the meat or fish as a brine ingredient. Depending on the application and the flavour, the recommended dosage is 0.5-1.0% per kilogram of the end product.
