The Natural Flavour Intensifier
Developed for the meat and general food industry, Intenso Pur serves as a substitute for traditionally used condiments. It adds a balanced, aromatic flavour to your products and completes the sensory overall impression.
FUCHS Intenso Pur flavour intensifiers are available in three variants:
  • Intenso Pur (with visible spice particles)
  • Intenso Pur Extrakt (without visible spice particles), suitable for cured-cooked products, sausages for boiling, cooked sausages and for many convenient products, soups, sauces and snacks.
  • Intenso Pur Ohne Dextrose (dextrose-free variant), especially developed for the production of raw sausages and semi-perishable food.
The advantages at a glance:
  • No added monosodium glutamate
  • No yeast extracts
  • No palm fat
  • No hydrogenated vegetable protein (HVP)
  • no additives subject to labelling
  • no allergenic ingredients subject to labelling (pursuant to appendix III of German food labelling regulation LMIV)

On the final product, merely the ingredients table salt and spices – respectively in case of Intenso Pur also dextrose and for Intenso Pur Extrakt also dextrose and spice extracts – have to be labelled.
