Individual Condiments for Deep-Frozen Dishes
Owing to the use of condimental fat pellets, the application of a seasoning perfectly matching the cooking process has been considerably facilitated for deep-frozen dishes.
Combined with e. g. thickening agents and emulsifiers for a sauce thickener, the flavouring components consisting of herbs, spices and aromas can be offered as a complete blend. Due to the integration in the fat pellets, an even distribution within the deep-frozen food is given, e. g. in a compound for deep-frozen buttered vegetables.
